Hey everyone,

Its been three weeks since I broke my wrist at the warm up race at Whitney.  I got my cast cut off today and got a short cast put on.  The X rays came out good and the Dr. said everything seemed to be lined up and healing fine.  I'll get my cast off on April 7th and will have a little over a month to get to some area qualifiers and get qualified for Loretta's and Ponca.

The Dr. said today that I can  start going back to the gym and doing my cardio and core training so I should be more than ready to get back on the bike in three weeks!!!!

Thanks again to all of you that have called to check on me, the emails, and for the get well cards.  It really means a lot to know that I still have everyone's support.
